The Fire Warden, Fire Officer or Marshal needs to be totally conspicuous in an emergency. He or she has been trained to take control and to aid evacuation under such circumstances. By the very nature of this responsibility they may be the last person to leave a building and could quite possibly be left in a totally dark environment. Even under these conditions JALITE Safety Clothing (armbands and lightweight jerkins) can still be seen.
